Quest

In his quest to become independent, I have discovered that my quest is to make him self-sufficient.

I will not have a Henn boy surviving on fast food or killing himself with bad cooking.

So, he continues to learn to cook.

Tonight, we made a salami-chive appetizer, pork roast, lemon-thyme sauteed green beans, and oven-baked potato wedges.

And, as is typical, he ate a full half of the finished meal.

But, I know he can at least make a simple meal.
