Anticipation

We are in the process of getting our gardens ready for the spring/summer growing season. The strawberries look good. The apple tree has hundreds of buds. The hardy vegetables have been planted. The mint is sprouting. We're starting our seeds soon. We're finishing off what we preserved last year. Isaac has been collecting worms. Isaiah has been at his dad's hip learning about square-foot gardening. Esther-Faith has ruined her first pair of tights of the season.

We're all getting our hands dirty as we anticipate the growing seasons...
