Salsa

Thursday night, Esther-Faith noticed the plethora of veggies from our garden and the CSA on the kitchen island. She said, "That's a lot of vegetables." She signed the word "vegetables" to give it more emphasis. I said, "It sure is." She replied, "I don't really want to see them in the morning."

After a good chuckle, I got to work turning the vegetables into ratatouille and salsa for the freezer.

Green pepper

Cilantro

Ground cumin

Onions

Garlic

Lime juice

Chop. Mix. Freeze.
